Being a bilingual student helps new immigrant students. If you do not know English it will affect your studying.

The time has passed fast, I have been here three yeas. In these three years I will never forget when I just came here. I did not know anything, most terrible things is English. I am worry about I did not know the teacher use English in classes. I was not communicate with my classmate, I had a lot the nervous in my head, a lot. I remember first day of school, my heart was going fast, cause I feared how I would communication with my teacher and classmates. After, I saw my teacher, I was happy because he was Chinese. Until now I still remember him. He was really nice. He has a science teacher, and he knows I did not know anything about the vocabulary. He explained every word in
Chinese and English, it help improve both language. In future when I go a job it is useful to know two languages, and helps me communicate and create relationships with other people.
